Applications:
Fabrication of transparent labware for biochemistry cell culture
Manufacturing of various optical & transparent components
Shockproof, waterproof and dustproof potting for electronic components
Application Instructions:
Thoroughly mix Component A and Component B at a weight ratio of 1:10. Remove air bubbles via ambient standing, vacuum or pressurized defoaming according to product thickness, then proceed with curing.
Curing can be completed within the temperature range of 25~150℃.
Elevated curing temperature greatly shortens cure time; for thick-section products, avoid excessively fast curing which may cause bubble formation.
For 2mm-thick specimens: approx. 30 min curing at 100℃, approx. 48 h curing at 25℃. Recommended curing schedule: Pre-cure at 60℃ for 0.5 h, followed by post-cure at 120℃ for 2 h.
Customizable curing temperature and pot life available upon customer request.
